The Jimmie Booster Club was established in 1985 with a goal of “assisting the College with athletic scholarship aid in developing a more well-rounded and competitive athletic program.” For the last 50 years, we’ve been doing just that. We dedicate our time and energy to creating opportunities that enhance the athletic experience for athletes, fans and the community.

The inaugural campaign had a goal of 50 memberships, with 71 being secured.  Flash forward and we find over 350 memberships spanning all across North America, from individual memberships starting at just $25 to corporate partnerships that have raised millions.  No matter the level you choose, YOUR support directly affects our over 600 student athletes in various ways, including:

  • Athletic Scholarships
  • Travel
  • Equipment
  • Senior Athletic Banquet

Athletic Awards and Honors

Celebrating our Jimmies by recognizing their hard work and dedication is not only a cornerstone of Jimmie Athletics, it’s also a time-honored tradition. At the end of each academic year our Senior athletes are recognized at the Senior Athletic Banquet. Our Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is hosted during homecoming and is a celebration of Jimmie excellence. If you know of an athlete, team, coach and/or other significant contributor to Jimmie Athletics and UJ, nominate them for one of our Athletic Hall of Fame, Rollie Greeno and Jim Clark awards.

We host a range of events at a variety of locations across the area. From tailgates to Booster Club luncheons to socials to kick-offs, we offer a wide variety of get-togethers to socialize, network and show our Jimmie Pride. You’re also invited to follow your Jimmie Booster Club on social media, to keep up on all current events.
