As your friendly, neighborhood Booster Club Director, I welcome you to the Jimmie Pride family!
Your Jimmie Booster Club was established in 1985 with an initial goal of “assisting the College with athletic scholarship aid in developing a more well-rounded and competitive athletic program.” For the last 50 years, we’ve been doing just that and so much more. We dedicate our time and energies to creating opportunities that enhance the athletic experience for athletes, fans and the community and YOUR membership makes this possible.
The inaugural campaign had a goal of 50 memberships, with 71 being secured. Flash forward and we find over 350 memberships spanning all across North America, from individual memberships starting at just $25 to corporate partnerships that have raised millions. No matter the level you choose, YOUR support directly affects our over 600 student athletes in various ways, including:
- Athletic Scholarships
- Travel
- Equipment
- Senior Athletic Banquet
With our move to the NCAA, the days to come will fill our calendars with new experiences, new challenges and new financial needs.
