Dr. Dana Wallace

University of Jamestown Professor Dr. Dana Wallace’s (’03) work was recently published in the peer-reviewed journal, Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice.

With Dr. Verlin Hinz, Dr. Wallace wrote the article, “A Social Judgment Analysis of Information Processing in Groups: Capacity and Consistency in Information Processing Impacts Group Judgment.”

The abstract of the article explains, “Groups and individuals often make judgments that involve evaluating informational cues. Our research uses a social judgment approach to address similarities and differences in the ways that groups and individuals use cues.”

Dr. Wallace’s research focuses on decision making in a variety of settings. Dr. Wallace is a Professor of Psychology at UJ. She received her BS in Psychology from University of Jamestown, MS in Psychology from North Dakota State University, PhD in Psychology from North Dakota State University.
