Badal Nafus Student Union

Your new spot to eat, gather and connect.

Opening in November 2026, the new dining hall in the renovated Badal Nafus Student Union will bring students together around good food and great company. With seating for nearly 500, there’s plenty of room to grab a meal, catch up with friends or simply take a break from your day.

You’ll find a variety of fresh options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices. Build your own salad, yogurt parfait or smoothie, or stick with a Jimmie favorite like pizza, burgers, fries or Marge’s specialty omelets.

More than a dining hall, this new space is designed to be a place where students can come together, reflecting UJ’s commitment to faith, learning and life.

Hansen Center Dining Hall

A familiar spot with a lot of Jimmie history.

Affectionately known by students as The 1/2 Caf, the Hansen Center Dining Hall has served as UJ’s temporary dining space since a fire damaged the original dining facility in January 2025.

Even during a time of transition, the UJ community has continued to make the space its own. Students can enjoy favorites like pizza, burgers, fries and Marge’s specialty omelets, along with build-your-own salads, yogurt parfaits and smoothies.

As we look ahead to the opening of the new dining hall, The 1/2 Caf will always be part of the story of how the Jimmie community came together and made the most of an unexpected change.

The Well Coffee Bar

Your go-to for coffee, snacks and a little pick-me-up.

Located in the Liechty Center for Faith & Life, The Unison Bank Well Coffee Bar is an easy stop between classes, meetings or study sessions.

As an authorized purveyor of Starbucks® coffee, The Well serves a full menu of Starbucks® beverages along with grab-and-go snacks. Stop in for your morning coffee, meet a friend or find a cozy spot to take a break.

Knight and Day Coffee House

Coffee, snacks and a few campus essentials.

Located at the east entrance of campus in UJ Place, Knight & Day Coffee House is another convenient place to grab your favorite Starbucks® beverage.

Need something for your apartment? Knight & Day also offers grocery items, making it easy to pick up a few essentials while you’re grabbing coffee or heading back from class.
