Molly J. (Goehring) Bestge

Molly(Goehring) Bestge recently left the West Fargo Public Schools after 16 years to start her own 21st century educational consulting company called Cultivate21.

Cultivate21’s main focus is to help educators learn, grow, and innovate education for the future. Molly will provide professional development services for P-16 schools and post-secondary institutions in 21st century education best practice, STEM/STEAM, standards-based project-based learning, key 21st century skills (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity) and 21st century literacy. She also builds connections between education and business/industry through a part of her company called EdCorporate, as well as provides corporate training on the 4Cs for businesses and corporations.

Molly graduated from University of Jamestown in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Elementary Education and Music Education. She and her husband, Brian, moved to Lake Park, MN, last year with their two children, Sam and Mara, and are enjoying life in “lakes country.”
