Airport Request Form

UJ offers free airport shuttle service to and from Hector International Airport (Fargo) and Bismarck Regional Airport only on the specific dates listed below. Requests to and from the Jamestown Regional Airport can be submitted during the school year.

NOTE: If you are needing to be both picked up AND dropped off, please fill out two separate forms (one for your arrival and one for your departure).
