I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Jamestown and my master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Mary. Before joining the University of Jamestown as an instructor, I worked as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation. Outside of teaching, I enjoy golfing, baking, and spending time with my husband, our daughter, Scottie, and our two black labs. I’m excited to be back at UJ and look forward to sharing my passion for health and exercise science with my students.
