College can be an exciting and meaningful time—but it can also feel overwhelming, stressful, and uncertain. Many students come to counseling while navigating anxiety, low mood, ADHD, relationship concerns, academic pressure, or the impact of past experiences.
I work collaboratively with students to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental. My approach is strength-based and integrative, helping you better understand how stress affects your thoughts, emotions, and body while building practical tools to improve focus, emotional regulation, and resilience. I often incorporate mind-body strategies and creative expression to support healing and self-discovery in ways that feel accessible and empowering.
