Thursday, August 3rd, 2023: Move-In Day for Football, Men’s and Women’s Soccer

9:00am-12:00pm

Drive-Through Check-Ins – UJ Main Entrance –ALL Football, Men’s and Women’s Soccer
Student Affairs staff and coaching staff will be set up greet you and welcome you to campus! All students will receive their room keys. New students will also receive their mailbox key at this time.

Treats and Games – Allen Field – ONLY FIRST-YEAR Football players, Men’s and Women’s Soccer players
We invite you to join us for some treats and games on Allen Field! There may be prizes involved!

Wednesday, August 9h, 2023: Move-In Day for Women’s Volleyball

9:00am-11:00am

Women’s Volleyball Check In- Student Affairs Offices, Lyngstad- ALL Women’s Volleyball
Please plan to arrive to campus between 9am and 11am. When you arrive, stop into the Student Affairs offices to receive your room key. Students new to UJ will also need to receive a Student ID and will need to stop into the Post Office for their mailbox key.

We invite you to join us for a scavenger hunt followed by treats on Allen Field! There may be prizes involved!

Sunday, August 20th, 2023: Move-In Day for Mens & Women’s Golf and Cross Country

Men’s & Women’s Golf Check-In: Athletes should arrange specific times with Coach Hale. ALL Golfers.
Men’s & Women’s Cross Country Check-In: Athletes should arrange specific times with Coach Clark and/or Coach Jelen. ALL XC Athletes.

Monday, August 21st, 2023

8:30am-10:30am

Student Affairs Check-Ins- Offices of Student Affairs, Lyngstad- ONLY FIRST-YEAR Golfers and XC Athletes
Students new to UJ will need to receive a Student ID and will also need to stop into the Post Office for their mailbox key. These services are not available during the time of Move-In on Sunday so will need to be taken care of promptly on Monday morning.

Any additional schedules and activities will be communicated to you by your sports coaches.
