Jeri Lynch grew up on a dairy farm in New Salem, ND. After graduating from high school, she attended Dickinson State University for 2 years and then transferred to University of Jamestown to begin pursuing her interest in counseling with a major in psychology. She graduated in 1984 with majors in psychology, English and secondary education. She taught and subbed at schools in ND and TX. Eventually, she returned to school to get her master’s degree in counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with the state of ND, she works part time for Lutheran Social Services as an Intensive In-Home Family Therapist and as a counselor for Temple Baptist Church. She is married and has 3 adult children.
