UJ Grad Receives Excellence Award

Erika Jossart, a graduate from the University of Jamestown Physical Therapy Program in Fargo, has received the Jeff Wold Award for Clinical Excellence.

Tara Haj, DPT, Assistant Director of Clinical Education at UJ commented: “Throughout her time in the physical therapy program, Erika has demonstrated an ability to connect with patients in a variety of clinical settings across a wide age span, from pediatric to geriatric. She has received praise from each of her PT instructors in the clinic on her kind approach and ability to always put the patient’s interest first. We are proud to honor Erika with this award and look forward to having her has a colleague in the PT profession!”

The award was established in 2016 by Roger Stroh, founder and owner of Rehab4life in Fargo. It recognizes one University of Jamestown physical therapy student annually who exemplifies compassion, dedication and the pursuit of excellence in the field of physical therapy as demonstrated by Jeff Wold. Erica is pictured here with Roger and Jeff.

Erika graduated from Century High School in Bismarck, ND. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, where she played four years of college basketball.
