Before submitting a trouble ticket or coming to the Helpdesk please try the following troubleshooting techniques:
- Restart your computer
- Make sure all power cables, video cables, and USB cables are firmly plugged into the computer.
- Be able to tell us what application you are using, what you were doing, and exactly what happened.
- Document any error message you receive and do an internet search for the message.
- Review our FAQ section or ask a friend.
If you are still unable to solve the problem, fill out a trouble ticket or stop by the Helpdesk during business hours.
