The Student Advocacy Coordinator is dedicated to providing students with resources that will better equip them to fully encounter every aspect of their college experience in positive and empowering ways.

The Student Advocacy Coordinator will:

  • Meet with students one-on-one regarding challenges that may impede their ability to remain successful
  • Connect students with appropriate campus and community resources
  • Address problems, concerns, and provide information as needed to ensure students have all necessary information to make their own informed decisions
  • Provide a CONFIDENTIAL and SAFE space for students to discuss events and issues that are affecting their college experience—whether that be in a positive or negative way.

“No problem is too big (or too small), no question is ‘stupid,’ and no issue is ever considered ‘no big deal.’  If it’s affecting your college experience (sports, academics, or life in general) make an appointment or swing by my office. I want to help and I’m here for you!”
