Weber presenting senior piano recital March 1

Jamestown College student Lexy Weber of Britton, S.D., will present her senior piano recital at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 1 in the Reiland Fine Arts Center’s DeNault Auditorium. The recital is free and open to the public.

Weber will perform Beethoven’s Sonata in C minor Op. 10, Six Elizabethan Songs by Dominic Argento (with soprano Lara Hermanson), Ferdinand David’s Concertino Op. 4 (with David Burgess, trombone), and Mendelssohn’s Scherzo a Capriccio in F-sharp minor.

Weber is a music performance major and is active in Concert Choir. She also serves as accompanist for Concert Choir and Chapel Choir. She is the daughter of Dirk and Becky Weber.
