Theatre season continues with Pulitzer Prize-winner

Jamestown College Theatre’s season continues with the Pulitzer Prize-winning play “Doubt, a Parable” by John Patrick Shanley, Feb. 7-9. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. nightly in the Reiland Fine Arts Center’s DeNault Auditorium.

In the play, Sister Aloysius, the principal of a school in the Bronx, suspects the young Father Flynn of improper relations with one of the students. With a meager amount of proof, she sets out to get him removed.

Cast members are Anthony Roth, Jamestown; Beth Ryan, Ray; Lindsey Kuntz, Richardton; and Briana VinZant, Soldotna, Alaska.

The season continues April 11-13 with “The Imaginary Invalid” by Moliére. The hypochondriac Argan attempts to get a doctor in the family with the hand of his daughter.

The season concludes April 25 with “An Evening of One-Acts” directed by Jamestown College students.
