The University of Jamestown Department of Music will present “A Night in a Jazz Club” at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13 in the Reiland Fine Arts Center’s DeNault Auditorium. The concert is free and open to the public.

The program will feature jazz standards such as “Caravan,” “How High the Moon,” and “Chameleon.”

Featured vocalists will sing solos including “Orange Colored Sky,” “I’ve Got a Crush on You,” and “Baby It’s Cold Outside.”

The vocalists are Heather Erbele, Sydney Johnson, Katie Roehm and Jacoby Holte.

“This will be a casual performance with audience members sitting on stage with the musicians,” says Dr. Laura Zamzow, Director of Bands.

Upcoming Department of Music performances are a senior vocal recital by Beth Paulson on Dec. 4, the Wind Ensemble’s Christmas Concert on Dec. 8, and the Choral Christmas Concert Dec. 13, 14 and 15.
