The Choir will sing works from a variety of composers and time periods, including Bach’s “Lobet den Hern, alle Heiden,” Dvorak’s “Song to the Moon,” Mozart’s “Mass in C,” and “My Soul’s Been Anchored in the Lord” by Moses Hogan.

A freewill offering will be received at each performance.

The Choir has a longstanding reputation for excellence in choral performance and has toured throughout the United States, Europe, and, in 2010, China. The Choir is preparing for its 11th international tour May 12-23, 2014. Destinations include Budapest, Prague, Leipzig, Vienna, and Berlin.

J. Aaron McDermid is Director of Choral Activities at University of Jamestown. Establishing a reputation as a composer of both challenging and accessible works, McDermid has written 15 commissioned works for groups such as The National Lutheran Choir and The Dale Warland Singers.
